Willy Wonka!
Every summer during the month of July the Capitol Theatre focus's its energy on providing a one-of-a-kind theatre experience for kids aged 12-18. The cast of local youth work towards the performance dates within an intensive Monday to Friday rehearsal schedule.
This year the Capitol Theatre Summer Youth Production has tackled the wacky and wondrous world of Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka. Come and see Charlie and Grandpa Joe experience the Chocolate Factory and all of it's treats and characters, including the Oompa Loompa's, Veruca Salt, Mike TV and Augustus Gloop.
Directed by Heather Shippit, with Musical Direction by Allison Girvan and choreographed by Allison Lamb.
