2010 Season Renewals are officially underway via the Box Office! Please contact us in person or by phone for your Capitol Nights, Capitol Kids and Nelson Overture season seat renewals!
Please peruse our website for events and info about all of the the upcoming shows.
So, why aren't these shows available for sale online? Because one of the perks of being a season ticket holder is that we hold your seats for renewal for 3 weeks before releasing them.
In order to take advantage of this season perk you need to contact the Box Office and select 4 or more Capitol Nights season shows, pick your seats and mark your calendar! As a Season Patron you will have paid 20% less for your tickets!
Full price tickets for individual season shows will pop up as available for sale here on the website at NOON on Friday, September 24th . . .
. . . Tickets ARE available online NOW for the 2010-11 Season Opener, Sing-A-Long-A Sound Of Music! This show is a Capitol Theatre fundraiser and is sure to sell out, so book seats early!

Tickets are available online and the Box Office is open Tues-Fri 12-4:30 for in person and phone sales.

In Person
The Capitol Theatre is located at 421 Victoria Street in Nelson, BC.
Ticket sales occur during regular hours and also one hour prior to all events (At Door sales only).
Cameras and Recording Devices
The use of camera, video cameras and sound recording devices if prohibited in the theatre without permission from the Capitol Theatre staff.
Cellular Phones, Alarm Watches and Beepers
Cellular phones, alarm watches and beepers must be turned off. If a patron has an emergency and must be contacted during a performance, please speak with an usher or the Front of House Manager.
Wheelchair seating
Locations for wheelchairs are available in the theatre. Please inform the Box Office staff of your needs when booking tickets.
Other
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the theatre.
- Late-comers will be seated at the discretion of management.
- Capitol Theatre policy for "babe-in-arms" age 2 and under. Children over 2 years old require a seat.
